Abstrak

The results of a field survey by UNBARA students in Battu Winangun Village have abundant coconut tree plants, but in the utilization of coconut fruit in the Battu Winangun village environment there are still shortcomings so that it has not been widely utilized only limited to use as a drink or cooking ingredient such as coconut milk. In Battu Winangun Village, there are already UMKMs in the form of businesses that produce products and the products produced are cassava chips distributed by one of the residents in Battu Winangun Village, therefore we want to provide new innovations by utilizing coconut as the main ingredient for making chips that can help increase productivity in producing a product that becomes a business field for UMKMs for residents and the community of Battu Winangun Village. This activity is a form of community service in Battu Winangun Village which aims to help UMKMs residents as well as for the development of UMKMs and the utilization of local food ingredients such as coconuts.
