THE EFFECT OF SERVICE EXCELLENCE, SAVINGS SHUTTLE, AND PROFIT SHARING ON BMT-NU BANGKALAN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the variables of service excellence, savings and profit sharing can affect customer satisfaction in choosing TABAH (Mudharabah Savings) products at the KSPPS BMT NU Socah Bangkalan Branch. This type of research is quantitative, namely by conducting interviews and distributing questionnaires to 76 respondents with the population used, namely all Mudharabah Savings customers at KSPPS BMT NU Socah Bangkalan Branch. The data obtained was processed using the SPSS application. Based on the results of the study, it was obtained that Service Excellence, Savings Shuttle, and Profit Sharing simultaneously had a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction at KSPPS BMT NU Socah Bangkalan Branch with a Sig value of 0.001 < 0.05. Partially, Service Excellence had no significant effect on Customer Satisfaction at KSPPS BMT NU Socah Bangkalan Branch with a Sig value of 0.148 > 0.05, the Savings Transfer variable had a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction at KSPPS BMT NU Socah Bangkalan Branch with a Sig value of 0.001 < 0.05, and the Profit Sharing variable had no effect on Customer Satisfaction at KSPPS BMT NU Socah Bangkalan Branch with a Sig value of 0.312 > 0.05.
