Ownership of land certificates as legal evidence of land tenure is very important to be socialized to the community. Apart from being a form of legal recognition in the community, it also provides guarantees of legal certainty to the community. Certificate of ownership is legal evidence, both physical and legal, as strong evidence from a legal point of view. The purpose of this service is to provide education and understanding for the community about the importance of having land certificates as proof of property rights. The method used in community service activities through Professional Real Work Lectures is the method of observation, interviews, and education in the field of law through socialization and discussion approaches. The results of this activity provide an overview of the increasing knowledge and understanding of the people of Aska Village in understanding the importance of land certificates as proof of land ownership so that legal awareness arises.
