Abstract

In the report entitled 'Digital Civility Index (DCI)', Indonesia is in 29th place out of 32 countries surveyed for the level of politeness, as well as being the lowest in Asia. Southeast. Students are one of the most social media users, unfortunately based on previous research on Cyberbullying Student cases in Indonesia reaching 69.64%, including in Palangkaraya City, students are a sector that collects in the use and utilization of information technology developments. Muhammadiyah in its 30th congress has issued an ijtihad product in the form of Information Jurisprudence as a guide in the use of information technology. The researcher assesses that the problems previously found can be suppressed by massively disseminating Information Jurisprudence to all elements of society including among Muhammadiyah Palangkaraya Student Empowerment students to be one of the solutions to these problems with various campaign efforts or outreach related to Information Jurisprudence. So that they become role models for students and the community as Dzurriyatan Thayyibah.
